In order to be permitted to exhibit at The Longevity Show please ensure you complete steps 1-3 below. Additionally if you will require access to the venue's Loading Bay to drop off items and equipment for your booth please also complete step 4.
All forms can be submitted via your Grip sponsor portal or by clicking the buttons below.

Complete and submit the Health and Safety Declaration

Submit a Risk Assessment for activities on your stand*

Submit a copy of your Public Liability Insurance Document

Complete and submit a Loading Bay time-slot request form**
Deadline for submission: Friday 12th June 2026
**The Loading Bay operates on a drop-and-go basis only and ALL vehicles will need to pre-book a time-slot in order to gain access to the bay. Time-slots are allocated on a first-come-first-served basis. Further information regarding the loading bay and parking facilities at the venue can be found HERE.
