In order to be permitted to exhibit at The Longevity Show please ensure you complete steps 1-3 below. Additionally if you will require access to the venue's Loading Bay to drop off items and equipment for your booth please also complete step 4.​

Complete and submit the Health and Safety Declaration

Submit a Risk Assessment for activities on your stand*

Submit a copy of your Public Liability Insurance Document

Complete and submit a Loading Bay time-slot request form**
Deadline for submission: Friday 12th June 2026
**The Loading Bay operates on a drop-and-go basis only and ALL vehicles will need to pre-book a time-slot in order to gain access to the bay. Time-slots are allocated on a first-come-first-served basis. Further information regarding the loading bay and parking facilities at the venue can be found HERE.
