Thursday 25th June 2026: 10:00 - 19:00 - ALL EXHIBITORS
If you have a Turnkey exhibition booth please only arrive for set up from 10:00 on Thursday 25th June. If you arrive prior to this time we cannot guarantee your stand will be ready for you.
ACCESS INFORMATION:
Access into the venue during the event build will be via the Pennington Street West entrance only.

If you plan to schedule any deliveries to the venue during the build we strongly advise you to use our official freighting contractor, Santis Global, who will ensure your goods are delivered to your stand. If you use your own delivery contractor please provide them with the following address to deliver to:

LOADING BAY ACCESS:
If you need to access the venue's loading bay to unload a vehicle you will need to pre-book a time-slot. Please click here to complete the compulsory order form.
Please note there is no late working permitted. All exhibitors and contractors must finish working by 19:00 on both days of build.
STORAGE:
Please note that there are no storage facilities at the venue for boxes or equipment. If you require storage during the event please contact Santis Global, our preferred freighting and storage company to discuss your requirements.
PARKING:
YellowPark Car Park is located opposite Tobacco Dock and is open 06:00 - 19:00 from Monday - Friday.
The nearest 24 hour NCP car park is located a 10 minute walk from Tobacco Dock and can be pre-booked here
