Event Timings and Access

Saturday 27th June 2026: 18:30 - 23:59 - ALL EXHIBITORS
The event finishes at 18:00 and breakdown of the event can commence as soon the floor is clear of attendees and it is deemed safe to do so by the Health & Safety Floor Manager.
Exhibitors are obliged to ensure that their stands and activations are staffed and stocked until the close of the event at 18:00 on 27th June. Exhibitors are not permitted to dismantle their stands in any way until the venue is clear of visitors and the official breakdown of the event has commenced.
All exhibitors will be notified when it is safe to break down their stands and remove their products and displays from the venue. We kindly ask that upon the commencement of breakdown all exhibitors remove items from their stands as soon as possible to assist the show contractors and encourage an efficient de-rig.
The show contractors will be granted access to the venue to begin dismantling booths as soon as it is deemed safe to do so once the show has closed.
Any items left unattended on stands after 18:30 on Saturday 27th June may be moved to allow the stands to be broken down.
ACCESS INFORMATION
Access and exit from the venue during the event breakdown will be via the Pennington Street West entrance only.

If you need to access the venue's loading bay to load up a vehicle you will need to pre-book a time-slot. Please click here to complete the compulsory order form.

WASTE REMOVAL:
It is the exhibitor's responsibility to remove ALL display materials, packaging, excess literature and waste from the exhibition. Please note that any items left unattended on any stand after 23:59 on Saturday 27th June will be deemed as rubbish and thrown away and exhibitors/contractors responsible for the waste removal will be charged accordingly.
