*The Official After Party will commence in the Vaults level of the venue from 18:30 on Saturday 27th June. All visitors will be ushered down to the party or out of the venue from 18:00 and breakdown of the event can commence as soon the floor is clear of visitors and it is deemed safe to do so by the Health & Safety Floor Manager.

​

​Exhibitors are obliged to ensure that their stands and activations are staffed and stocked until the close of the event at 18:00 on 27th June. Exhibitors are not permitted to dismantle their stands in any way until the venue is clear of visitors and the official breakdown of the event has commenced. 

​

All exhibitors will be notified when it is safe to break down their stands and remove their products and displays from the venue. We kindly ask that upon the commencement of breakdown all exhibitors remove items from their stands as soon as possible to assist the show contractors and encourage an efficient de-rig.

​

The show contractors will be granted access to the venue to begin dismantling booths as soon as it is deemed safe to do so once the show has closed.

 

Any items left unattended on stands after 18:30 on Saturday 27th June may be moved to allow the stands to be broken down.

TURNKEY EXHIBITORS:

If you are a turnkey exhibitor and are planning to attend the After Party please ensure you have completed the breakdown of your stand before going to the party. Exhibitors will NOT BE PERMITTED access back to the exhibition once they have gone down to the party level.

 

Exhibitors are permitted to leave the venue to dispose of their booth collateral and then return to attend the After Party only via the Pennington Street entrance.

It is the exhibitor's responsibility to remove ALL display materials, packaging, excess literature and waste from the exhibition. Please note that any items left unattended on turnkey stands after 22:00 on Saturday 27th June will be deemed as rubbish and thrown away and exhibitors/contractors responsible for the waste removal will be charged accordingly.​

 

POP UP ACTIVATION EXHIBITORS:

If you  are exhibiting in a pop-up room and are planning to attend the After Party please note that you will NOT BE PERMITTED access back to the exhibition once you have gone down to the party level. If you leave your stand or room to attend the party before it is completely clear then you will need to return to the venue on Sunday 28th June to finish the breakdown of your display. Access on 28th June will be via the Pennington Street West entrance only.

 

Exhibitors are permitted to leave the venue on 27th June to dispose of their booth collateral and then return to attend the After Party only via the Pennington Street entrance.
